Fj Lawn Care and Snow Removal is currently hiring for a Crew Leader for our lawn mowing, leaf clean up and snow removal routes.

Candidate should have at least 1 year lawn care leadership experience with a lawn care company.

Lawn Care / Snow Removal Crew Leader candidate must have the following:

-Valid drivers license
-Decent driving record
-Great work ethic
-Great communication skills with crew and Management

-Able to properly/respectfully take and give directions and make sure crew stay on task
-Making decisions in the field off the cuff, assessing while your working with crew

-Works well with others (crew and management).
-Punctual (gets to work on time)
-Able to work in extreme conditions as in extreme hot and cold temperatures.
-Ability to lift 50lbs

Lawn Care/Snow Removal Crew Leader candidate must have the following skill sets:

-Ability to operate a push mower and riding lawn mower
-Ability to properly weed whip
-Ability to operate a back pack blower
-Ability to properly assess a yard, mow a yard, trim out a yard and blow out a yard. Candidate will demonstrate each skill.
-Ability to quickly mow, Trim, and blow a yard, keeping time down on every account
-Ability to properly operate a crew truck, hitch up a trailer to the truck/ unhitch a trailer from the truck.
-Ability to properly documemt a route sheet and properly use a GPS
-Have a generally good sense of direction and be somewhat familiar with the TC area

Lawn care $18-20
Snow removal $20-23

30-40 week
Quarterly bonus
