Lead Electrician Job at Gulf Coast Electrical Contractors
Seeking full-time electrician for established commercial and residential new construction/ repair business based in Fredericksburg, TX with a second location in Navarre, FL.
This is not a temporary position and we are looking for an applicant that would be looking to settle down with our company. This job will allow you to come home every night to your family and not pressure you outside the job site.
Suggested qualifications:
- 2 years experience in new installations of conduit and wiring. Of course, GCEC is willing to train anyone with the right attitude, if less than 2 years of experience, do not be afraid to apply.
- Familiar with current NEC (National Electrical Code). Following our prior statement, we are happy to train individuals on the electrical codes and requirements by the state of Texas, as well as national codes.
- Capable of using logical troubleshooting methods to diagnose and repair.
- Capable of lifting 100lbs, setting up and climbing ladders and using manual tools such as shovels and hammers.
- Clean driving record.
- Dependable transportation.
- Ability to clearly communicate with customers and other employees while maintaining a mature professional demeanor.
- Drug Free non smoking work atmosphere.
- Hours Monday - Friday 8-5 with occasional overtime.
Pay based on experience. Looking to fill immediately with the right candidate. Company truck can be provided for the right individual.
