Job Overview:
The In Store Lead Generator is responsible for driving in-home customer consultation appointments by generating quality leads for our Rockwood and Kirsch brand window coverings services. The In-Store Lead Generator is assigned to and leads multiple Home Depot store events. This position requires a driven, self-motivated and outgoing professional to meet the needs of our Rockwood customers. The In Store Lead Generator helps our customers understand what the Rockwood/Home Depot service organization provides and creates the ultimate in-store experience.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
- Meets or exceeds established productivity goals by generating quality appointments for the Rockwood sales program.
- Engages customers within the store, provides an excellent customer experience, creates awareness of the Home Services Program, qualifies the customer and schedules a free in-home consultation.
- Works with Home Depot Store Associates and management to maintain a strong store connectivity.
- Sets and breaks down store displays in locations that allow it and help maintain the appointment center with brochures and materials.
- Ensure the program displays are clean and literature is available for customers.
- Attends store events, home shows, and other lead events to promote Rockwood Services to attendees.
- Must work 2 weekends per month

- Knowledge or experience in a retail sales environment.
- Ability to travel to various locations based upon business needs.
- Ability to influence.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Must continuously stand or walk or regularly requires lifting/handling/carrying material or equipment of moderate weight (8-40 pounds).
