Salon Cristina LLC a private locally owned business operates Fantastic Sam's Cut and Color which employs, educates, trains and are licensed for both Barbers and Cosmetologists.

We require a qualified, experienced Master Stylist, Hairstylist, Cosmetologist, Colorist to work on a full-time, part-time, or weekend basis. We have flexible schedules to meet your individual needs. We have four great locations in the Capital Region (Ballston Spa, Clifton Park, Latham, and Rotterdam, NY).

We offer:

* a high traffic salon. All stylists have ability to maximize their book through scheduling appointments or taking walk-ins.

* Great Pay (hourly (16.00+) and/or up to 50% commission, whichever is greater). Note the hourly rate is a guaranteed minimum base pay and does not include your tips, bonus or commission earned.

* Competitive hourly rate (16.00 +) + tips, retail and Productivity based commission (40% - 50% of service total) adds up to an average wage of 26.00 - 50.00 an hour.

* Tips are given directly to the stylist as cash immediately and are not computed or included as part of employee hourly wages.

We are looking for:

* a fully licensed and experienced Master Stylist with a concentrated strength in Color.

* a reliable and friendly team player

* a professional who takes pride in assisting and / or working with a team to ensure we all produce great quality finishes

* a good communicator with excellent customer service and team skills

Your duties will include coordinating and assisting other teammates stylists in all aspects of hairdressing, to include washing, styling, cutting and coloring.
