What You'll Do
As a member of our team you will have an impact on our clients through accomplishment of the following responsibilities:

• Assist Facilities Director with scheduling of the department resources.
• Provide quality assurance audits and provide reports to Facilities Director.
• Clean and service rooms, baths, and offices, as assigned.
• Clean, mop and treat floors.
• Dust furniture and equipment, clean windows, window sills, and light globes.
• Empty trash baskets and remove trash.
• Scours and polishes bathtubs, sinks, mirrors, and similar items, replenishes supplies of soap and towels.
• Clean and polish brass, glass panels, doors and partitions.
• Keep utility storage rooms in good order by arranging supplies and sweeping and mopping floors.
• Check and fill dispensers-hand soap and paper
• Vacuum all carpeting.

What You'll Bring to the Team
To be successful in this role and a great addition to our team we need you to come with the following:

• A High School Diploma (or G.E.D.)
• Self-motivation to guide daily work with only moderate supervision.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to use tact and courtesy in interactions with coworkers, residents and their families.
