We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated remote Lead Informatica DQ Engineer with 5+ years of relevant work experience in ETL, Data Quality, and Data Governance to join our team.
You will be responsible for implementing DQ rules for our Partner Master Data Management Program, which involves managing a vast amount of data shared across organizations. You will be part of a big program that requires expertise not only in technology changes but also in business processes and organizational transformation.
In this remote position, you will work with multiple teams and be responsible for managing conflicts, designing ETL processes, and ensuring data quality.
responsibilities

Implement Data Quality and Data Governance using the Informatica toolset

Design, configure, and maintain the ETL design and logic
-
Develop and maintain ETL processes using PowerCenter and other ETL tools

Analyze data and develop scorecards using Informatica Analyst for profiling
-
Monitor and handle workflows using Informatica Admin Console
-
Integrate ETL with inbound and outbound layers through the bus broker
-
Understand and apply agile methodologies to your work

Solve problems fast and with an analytical mindset

Act as a role model for team play and managing conflicts
requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

5+ years of relevant work experience in ETL, data quality, and data governance
-
1+ years of leadership experience
-
Excellent knowledge of ETL, Data Quality, and Data Governance concepts and methods

Good understanding of RDBMS like – DB2, Oracle, or SQL Server
-
3 experience in IDQ (Informatica Data Quality) or Informatica PowerCenter for at least 3 years

Proficiency in Shell scripting

Experience in performance tuning at both ETL and database level

Good understanding of Workflow Manager, Workflow Monitor, Mappings, Mapplets, Transformations, and Rules

Mastery in Engineering

B2+ English level for easy and fluent communication with English-speaking stakeholders

Good organizational and communication skills

Experience in Cloud Data Quality

Exposure to AXON or EDC

Experience with NoSQL databases, e.g., MongoDB

Experience in PowerShell/Shell/Python scripting preferred
