Lead Preschool Teacher Job at YWCA Hanover
The YWCA of Hanover is looking for a fun energetic preschool teacher to lead a preschool class. The position would be working with children ages 3-5, and the hours would be Monday-Friday from 8:00 am-5:00 pm.
We offer FREE childcare for staff!
The candidate must be able to plan, implement and organize developmentally appropriate activities for children ages three to five. Observe and assess each student’s growth and development, maintain a positive, healthy, and safe learning environment, and promote positive and professional relationships with children and families. Positively communicate with parents and families and follow DHS regulations and maintain STAR 4 standards.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- CDA or degree in Early Childhood preferred
- 4 clearances (PA Criminal, Child Abuse, FBI, and NSOR)
- 2 recommendation letters
- Physical with TB test
- 2500 hours of documented experience working with children
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
