Be a part of building the Talent Enablement strategy and programs at FedEx Dataworks. In this role you will help us launch and build out our growth and development resources and programming. The Learning & Development Lead role will allow for you to innovate and bring exciting ideas to the way that we professionally grow our global team of Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Digital Product Managers.
The Learning and Development Lead will assess learning & development needs, research and develop training content and curriculum, facilitate classes and webinars, and measure learning outcomes. The position will develop and administer learning and development programs to support learning objectives to further the organizational strategy.
Job Description:
Develops and delivers appropriate training classes to support the company's mission, goals, and business strategies.
- Develops and delivers core leadership and professional development programs.
- Develops learning and development resources to support programs and organizational needs.
- Establishes evaluations, testing, and measurement procedures to evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs/resources.
- Conducts thorough needs assessments and survey initiatives to identify learning and development opportunities.
- Keeps abreast of emerging external certifications; researches and recommends relevant new programs that will support key learning objectives.
- Develops and facilitates train-the-trainer programs to support the effective delivery of HR-related training programs such as diversity, harassment prevention, and BPER.
- Manages learning and development vendor relationships.
Skills/Knowledge/Experience Considered a Plus:
- The ideal candidate has experience working in a startup company environment and experience developing with highly technical teams
- Experience developing and deploying Learning & Development programs
- Experience facilitating learning and development courses in a remote environment
- Ability to communicate and present learning activities and development initiatives to employees at all levels including individual contributors up to executive leadership
Minimum Qualifications:
This position requires a bachelor's degree/equivalent in business, education, HR, or related discipline and three to five years of experience in content development, program development and facilitation. Must have expertise in adult learning principles, learning styles, and experiential learning techniques and the ability to define learning goals and objectives; strong verbal communication skills and exceptional writing skills are required.

This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States.
The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.

Colorado, Nevada, Connecticut, New York, California, Rhode Island and Washington Residents Only - Compensation: Monthly Salary: $7,987.00 - $12,479.00. This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role.
