Circa Properties manages and develops high quality student apartments near the University of Florida. We are seeking a Leasing Consultant for our 600+ bed portfolio in the Midtown area. You will work for the Property Manager to show apartments to potential residents, help prospects identify the right floor plan among many that would be the ideal fit for their needs, be a brand ambassador for the company, and assist with questions from current and future residents. This job is approximately 20 hours/week.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Major in either Marketing or Business is ideal

- Experience in a sales and/or customer service environment preferred

- You must be available during normal business hours (10-6) for at least 4 hours per day on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays.

- Saturdays availability is not required initially, but once trained you may need to take an occasional Saturday shift between 10-3pm

- Strong closing skills -- a good listener who knows how to fit the right space to the future resident's needs

- Cheerful, professional demeanor

- Must pass rigorous background check and drug screening
