Thompson, Jaglal & Sutton, P.A. is a boutique law firm focusing primarily on Construction and Business Law, with a large practice of representing businesses and individuals in the construction industry, including as insurance appointed defense counsel. We are currently seeking a client billing specialist / legal assistant for our office in Orlando, Florida. This position provides full-service support for all billing functions for the assigned client portfolio. The primary duties include creating and processing monthly client bills via electronic billing platforms and ensuring collection. The secondary duties will include legal assistant services. The successful candidate will have 1+ or more years of billing experience (experience with insurance companies and their billing platforms is plus), in a laid back professional environment, and possess strong technical, analytical and problem solving skills. Necessary skills include advanced skills with law firm billing software and third party E-billing software.
