Legal Receptionist Job at The People Connection

Our client, A well-established (mid-sized) law firm located in downtown San Francisco, is looking to fulfill a temporary need for a Legal Receptionist. This assignment would last for about three to six weeks, with possibility of extension. This is an URGENT need, and our client would be looking to onboard a candidate with the coming week, if possible.

Employment Type: Full Time Temp | M - F | 9:30am – 6pm *On-Site with One-hour lunch*

Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

Duties include:

  • Overseeing the main reception desk and phone lines, with attentive follow up to correspondence and messages via phone and email
  • Mail intake, processing, and dispersal
  • Supporting on-site client, vendor and guest check in and general inquiries
  • Digital services (Printing, scanning, and faxing)
  • Coordination with the office services team regarding conference room usage and office needs as arise
  • Assisting staff as needed on administrative tasks and various special projects

Qualified candidates should hold one to two years’ experience in office services, reception, or administrative role. Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional phone presence. Must have a strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and willingness to learn new programs and databases as needed.
