Job Responsibilities:

• Schedule and establish set times for service appointments for technical reviews and/ or additional training
• Record information relative to each technical review in customer database
• Provide training to customers to ensure they understand the value of the equipment and how to use it
• Review and explain completed work and changes to customers when applicable
• Provide technical training to sales, service and other employees as assigned by management
• Maintain high customer service standards (CSI) and handle phone inquiries regarding appointment and work in process
• Perform any administrative duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma required
• Strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to multi-task, and plan/prioritize work
• Effective interpersonal skills
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must complete Lexus certification within the first 30 days and keep current
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
