Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Senior Care Therapy is a clinician and women-owned/operated behavioral health company. We take pride in providing supportive care to the geriatric population in over 300 sub-acute, long-term care, and assisted living communities throughout the northeast. SCT is looking for Licensed Clinical Social Workers to provide in-person psychotherapy services to our community residents.

Compensation: $75,000

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Monday-Friday, standard hours of care
• Perform initial diagnostic assessments
• Complete rounding-style follow-ups 1-2 times per week per resident
• Serve as a consultant to other healthcare staff
• Facilitate family sessions in person or via phone
• Collaborate with the treatment team, interdisciplinary team, and Directors
• Document in electronic medical records system(s)

Qualifications:

• Licensed as a clinical social worker according to requirements of the state in which you’ve applied
• Able to manage a high-volume caseload
• Experience working with a geriatric population preferred
• Proven history of treating Anxiety, Depression and Adjustment Disorders
• Ability to travel locally up to 50 miles
• Previous experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in a long-term care setting preferred
• Full vaccination and boosted status required (legal/medical exemptions permitting)
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Computer proficiency
