Healthcare Recruiters is seeking a full-time Licensed Therapist (preferably an LCSW) for a nonprofit 501 C3 organization in Sheboygan and Manitowoc counties, Wisconsin. This organization takes an outside of the box and holistic approach to mental health care for youth and adults with a focus on play, connection, and growth.

There is a 10-acre farm in Whitelaw, WI 54247 (Manitowoc County) and a church in Sheboygan Falls, WI 53085 for various types of therapy including animal therapy (K9 and Equine).

They are expanding to include private insurance and private pay contracts and seek a Licensed Therapist to work with the behavioral health team as well as with their growing team of providers who work in a collaborative environment. Some hybrid opportunities will be available on a case-by-case basis.

The ideal therapist will meet all the standard requirements below. Additionally, you may be expected to coordinate, track, supervise, and maintain documentation for interns.

DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Attend team meetings (both virtually and in person); assist facilitator with establishing goals for service plans.
• Document team meetings via service notes to document progress on treatment goals.
• Conduct tours with new clients and their families.
• Communicating with facilitator and parents regarding positive or negative behaviors/concerns occurring during service time.
• Provide supervision to providers.
• Uploading of services plans, crisis plans, and initial assessments and keeping all documents updated.
• Create behavioral interventions when appropriate to address client behaviors.
• Provide guidance to Providers on mandated reporting.
• Coordinating care with client’s treatment team.
• Reviewing new referrals for appropriateness and maintaining a waiting list.
• Scheduling of staff and clients and coordinating with other locations on scheduling.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 years therapy experience as an LCSW, LMFT or LPC – strongly prefer LCSW.
• Experience with youth and adults in a residential setting preferred.
• DBT, EMDR and trauma experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to supervise MSW’s for hours needed for licensure.
