A Snapshot of an Esthetician’s Role

• Performing consultations and administering wellness and esthetic services
• Building and maintaining client base
• Help create content for our social media channels
• Maintaining accurate records of each session
• Scheduling, confirming, and canceling appointments
• Ensuring all esthetic equipment and treatment areas are cleaned and maintained
• Selling esthetic services to existing and new clients
• Cross-selling other modalities that may enhance esthetic services
• Maintaining an inventory and ordering esthetic supplies when needed
• Educating clients on our different treatments and products
• Assisting with office operations including greeting customers, answering calls, selling services, using our EMR system to check in/out customers if needed, operating our wellness equipment, light cleaning, etc.

Qualities You Need to Succeed as an Esthetician

• You are a licensed esthetician with current laser certifications.
• You have experience with some of the following: facials, skin treatments, microneedling, non-surgical body contouring, laser hair removal, tattoo removal, similar type services
• Your verbal and written communication skills are on point.
• You value ethics and integrity.
• Reflect a professional image in your dress habits and grooming.
• You have a passion for helping people look and feel their best.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
