Licensed Practical Nurse Job at Oriol Health Care
Holden Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center has openings for full time RN or LPN’s on our day, evening, and nights shifts and includes every other weekend. We offer 4, 8 & 12 hour shifts. These positions are on our sub-acute, long term care and our respiratory care units.
This position is eligible for up to a $4,000.00 Bonus
New Shift Incentives:
- 1st Shift (Mon- Fri) - $5.00 on top of base rate
- 2nd Shift (Mon- Fri) - $7.00 + $1.00 Differential = $8.00 on top of base rate
- 3rd Shift (Sun- Thurs) - $7.00 + $1.50 Differential = $8.50 on top of base rate
- 1st Shift (Sat & Sun) - $8.00 + $2.00 Differential = $10.00 on top of base rate
- 2nd Shift (Sat & Sun) - $8.00 + $3.00 Differential = $11.00 on top of base rate
- 3rd Shift (Fri & Sat) - $8.00 + $3.00 Differential = $11.00 on top of base rate

Responsibilities:
- Initiates and implements patient care plan
- Accurately and promptly implements physicians’ orders
- Administers medications and intravenous solutions as stated in facility policy
- Continually assesses individual patient needs and develops individualized resident care plans
- Assists in the admission, transfer, and discharge of residents as necessary

Education:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Valid MA RN or LPN nursing License
- 1 year of experience is preferred but will consider a new graduate nurse.
