AntFarm is a non-profit in Sandy, Estacada, and Mollala providing youth and family services. We are seeking fun, dynamic, responsible people who want to make a difference in the lives of youth & families in our rural Clackamas County communities. The Life Skills Coach provides services to high risk youth and households experiencing homelessness with interim stability, support, and skills training. The Coach provides independent living skills training and guidance in the program and maintains a safe and supportive environment while motivating youth to explore and learn new life skills.
