Winemaker's Grill at Wapato Point Cellars Manson, WA 98831
Seeking a reliable, talented Line Cook to add to our amazing team. This is a part- to full-time position in a fun and challenging environment. The ideal candidate has a solid kitchen background, thrives in a volume-driven setting, and has excellent people skills. This person will also assist in prep during slower periods.
Responsibilities:
*Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
*Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, cutting meat, or preparing sauces)
*Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
*Answer, report and follow instructions
*Clean up station and take care of leftover food
*Stock inventory appropriately
*Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
*Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
*Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
This is a Part- to Full-Time job with a reasonable expectation of 25-35 hours. Flexible availability is a must, and weekends are required. Prep and Line experience a plus. Starting pay is $17-$18 per hour PLUS TIPS, and up with experience. Please reply with a resume for consideration.
