Line Cook/Kitchen Staff Job at Westbrook Country Club
We have immediate positions available for motivated and experienced line cooks that are familiar with grill, sautee, and proper kitchen sanitation practices. This is your chance to join a kitchen staff that prepares a wide range of dishes in a private country club environment. Bring your career and knowledge of the culinary arts to the next level! Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions
- Clean up station and take care of leftover food
- Stock inventory appropriately
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customer
Pay rate is competitive and based on previous experience.

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
