This candidate will be an experience mortgage industry professional with current knowledge of mortgage products, programs, LOS systems, required documentation and understand the flow of a mortgage loan file.

**Currently seeking local candidates. current or recent mortgage industry experience in a similar role is preferred**
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate mortgage loan applications from start to finish – file opening & application input, pull credit history, prepare for submission, retrieve loan conditions, etc.
- Review and validate every file, looking for errors and inconsistencies
- Make every conversation/transaction memorable – making sure that each borrower/agent thinks that we are going above and beyond with every touch. Nothing is left out, nothing is forgotten
- Answer and screen incoming calls and track leads
- Follow up with pipeline borrowers to prevent attrition
- Build and update Mortgage Coach Total Cost Analyses as needed
- Follow daily systems and checklists
- Learn from the Officer – it is vital to learn as much as possible from the loan officers. They have been doing this for a long time and have a lot of knowledge/experience that you can learn from.

Mortgage banking experience a plus- Excellent written and oral communication skills a must
- Experience managing a large pipeline
- Proficient with Encompass, AUS, DU, LP, and Microsoft Office
- Proficient in Conventional, government and Jumbo loans
- Able to manage the loans from contract to close
- Able to manage deadlines efficiently
- Strong analytical, problem assessment/solving and decision-making skills
- Must have a ‘can do-will do’ attitude and team spirit
- Quality orientation with extreme attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent proofreading skills
- Able to manage time effectively, prioritize and multi-task
