Responsibilities:
- Offer guidance and best practices to homebuyers
- Help clients understand and prioritize line items in their home inspection report
- Provide approximate pricing for repairs to be used in home buying negotiation
- The client will rely on you to help them make intelligent decisions

Skills:
- Versatile construction experience, education, and qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years construction experience and should consist of two or more trades
- Existing knowledge typically covers a sufficient understanding in the following to explain the severity of issues and potential remediation costs for:

• Plumbing/sewer
• Electrical and lighting systems
• HVAC systems
• Appliances
• General fixtures and cabinetry
• Pests and rodents

- Must be comfortable in a teaching role helping people from all backgrounds and skill levels
