Payout: $30 to $35/hr Negotiable

*Housing: $150/ Weekly (Nontaxable)

Overtime: Starts after 40 hrs with Payrate +$5/hr

Contract: 13 Weeks (Extendable)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of Long Term Care LPN
• Active NH or Compact LPN license
• Active BLS

Current Roles:

Licensed Practical Nurse(T-LPN), Shift : 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift available

The primary role of a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is to provide basic, direct nursing care to patients under the direction of a registered nurse or other healthcare professional. Other LPN roles and responsibilities include:

• Taking vital signs, such as pulse, temperature, blood pressure, and respiration rate.
• Administering prescribed medications and treatments.
• Observing, monitoring, and reporting changes in patients’ conditions to the supervising healthcare professional.
• Collecting, recording, and analyzing patient information.
• Consulting with other healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans.
• Assisting registered nurses with more complex medical tasks.
• Educating patients and their families about their conditions, treatments, and medications.
• Assisting with rehabilitation, mobility, and discharge planning.
• Performing basic laboratory tests, such as urinalysis and blood tests.
• Assisting patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing and dressing.
• Helping to maintain a clean and safe environment.
