MACHINE BINDERY OPERATOR (FIRST SHIFT) Job at Zimmermann Company

We’re currently seeking a full-time, first-shift machine bindery operator to join our detail oriented and quality focused team. This position will require you to work on a wide range of jobs and machines. No prior bindery experience required, we will train you.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operate cutters, saddle binder, folders, folder gluer, and other bindery equipment
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed

Requirements:

  • Bindery experience
  • Excellent mechanical ability
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Good communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for 8+ hours
  • Must possess a quality focused and customer first work ethic

First shift position, five 8-hour days, 6:45am – 2:45pm, Monday through Friday.
