Precinct 1 is seeking a full time Machine Operator I. This position requires the operation and maintenance of heavy machinery. Tasks will include the repair of roads, mowing road right of ways, installation and cleaning of culverts and storm drains, drive trucks, clean building and grounds, change flat tires, haul concrete, shovel hot mix, wash trucks, cut trees and other duties as assigned. Applicants must possess the knowledge and ability to operate and maintain equipment. They must also have knowledge of road construction and building. This is an outdoor work environment. Applicants must have the ability to move up to 80 lbs, climb, stoop, bend, twist, remain upright and move for extended periods of time.
