$4000 hiring bonus

Starting pay is $32/hour + overtime

1st Shift: 7AM – 3:30PM (Monday – Friday)

What you’ll do:

• Maintain gearboxes, pumps, and other production equipment

• Ability to learn MIG, Arc weld, pipe threading, and pipe fitting

• Complete machining tasks from blueprints, written procedures, and verbal instructions

• Refurbish tooling and die-sets

• Safely perform and operate manual machine shop equipment creating or modifying metal machine parts

• Other duties as assigned by management

  
  

We need you to have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 2-year technical degree or trade certification preferred

• 5+ years machinist experience preferred

• Experience running lathes, precision measuring instruments and other manual shop equipment

• Ability to learn the use of SPC and to utilize it as a tool for continuous improvement
