Loss Draft / Mail Sorter Lake Zurich
SUMMARY
Monitor properties with insurance claims for mortgagors and mortgage disposition department. Monitor funds in restricted escrow.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
- Process daily check(s)
- Deposit check(s) into a restricted escrow account and follow through with sending out the necessary documentation to ensure completion of loss
- Review open tasks monthly and send letters
- To work 95% of the time without assistance from supervisor
- Needs to make decisions within the client guidelines accurately, efficiently, and very professional
Experience:
Performs all other responsibilities and duties deemed necessary
Good PC skills
Good verbal communication skills; good organizational skills
Must be able to work in a very fast paced environment within a team, and independently
