We’re currently looking to hire experienced maintenance and make-ready techs who will complete end-to-end projects.

Position requires complete understanding and ability to repair a home. Our projects range from complete gut/rehab to simple changing light bulb jobs.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years of apartment make ready or maintenance experience
• Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Drywall, Carpentry, Cleaning and Fence Repair.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Must own basic tools required for the job
• Ability to use Smartphone - texting, email, calling
• Lift/move up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to read and write
• Work under time deadlines
• Attention to detail
• Sense of urgency
• Pride in your work
• Ability to document work
• Must make communication with our team a high priority

Essential Duties And Responsibilities Of Ideal Candidate

• Ensure physical condition of the rental homes are acceptable to company standards

• Install tile and minor sheetrock and drywall repairs

• Painting
• Basic plumbing

• Patch, repair, or replace carpet as necessary

• Assist the maintenance team members where necessary

• Stay organized and effectively communicate to the Maintenance Supervisor updates on progress

• You will be evaluate the condition of a home and take immediate steps to fix any issues.

• Schedule and perform routine preventive maintenance on all appropriate equipment as directed by the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.

• Diagnose and perform minor or routine maintenance or repair, as directed.

• Remove and transfer appliances and equipment from the storage area to the homes (or vice versa) as circumstances warrant.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
