We are growing and seeking an IN-OFFICE Maintenance Coordinator to join our property management team!
This IS NOT a remote or hybrid opportunity. The Maintenance Coordinator is an ADMINISTRATIVE role and is expected to report to the Alpharetta, GA 30005 office daily.
Excalibur Homes is a property management company located in Alpharetta, GA. We work with single-family home investors to manage their rental properties. We currently manage over 7,000 single-family homes in Georgia, Florida, and Nashville, TN.
The purpose of the Maintenance Coordinator is to work with tenants, owners, and, vendors/contractors to complete work orders fully and quickly for any maintenance-related issues in any of the single-family homes that we manage. This position requires someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, de-escalate situations, maintains patience, and is very well-organized. MUST HAVE PREVIOUS SCHEDULING AND COORDINATION EXPERIENCE!

- Provide troubleshooting guidance to callers
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance work for single-family homes.
- Professionally answer a high volume of incoming calls, maintaining patience and de-escalating calls.
- Correspond with tenants, owners, and associates via phone, email, and chat.
- Accurately and timely enter notes into various programs.
- Load documents into Database (Rent Manager).
- Flexibility in a changing environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least 3-years of coordination in a fast-paced environment
- Experience handling a high volume of calls
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and change priorities as necessary for the business
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Experience using Property Meld, Zendesk, and property management software is preferred but not required.
- Pass drug screen and background
- Able to work in the US without sponsorship
