8:30 am -5:30 PM (with 1-hour lunch).

LIFTING HEAVY OBJECTS YES (FURNITURE))
MUST HAVE RESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE
LIGHT PLUMBING, LIGHT ELECTRICAL PRINTING, DRYWALL
Need someone that is willing to do whatever is needed.
Such include but are not limited to picking up trash, emptying trash cans, weed eating, and emptying out apartments with items left by former tenants.
Some of the work is heavy.
Need someone to do things like installing a ceiling fan, and light bulbs, and building a drawer.
Some other tasks as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
