Maintenance Technician

This position consists of utillizing mechanical aptitude to perform maintenance on production machinery as well as facilities maintenacne! Additional details below. Apply if you are interested in learning more!

Description:

Looking for experienced Building Maintenance Technicians

Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm

• This person will report to a manager, but must be able to work independently in and around the building.
• This person has varied building maintenance experience from electrical to duct work, boilers, plumbing, etc and has a good mix of both electrical and mechanical skills.
• This person is comfortable working outside occasionally for grounds maintenance (Shovel/Salt walkways)
• This person is flexible and able to multitask different work activities from day to day

Skills:

Maintenance technician, electromechanics, boiler maintenance, supervisory skills, management skills, microsoft office

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• If someone came in with a high level of building maintenance experience, but also a strong aptitude for leadership, there is a higher level position also available. This person would also need to come with some computer and strong people skills.
• This person would ultimately end up managing a team of 2-4 people in the next 2-3 years.
• The position would also pay $28-$30, so we are looking for that 7-8+ years of experience.
