Maintenance Technician Job at Confidential
Our company is seeking a Maintenance Technician. This position plays a key role in keeping our residents comfortable and maintaining a high level of satisfaction for our community. It is essential that the Maintenance Technician portray a professional, courteous, “We Care” attitude. Primary duties include Resident Service Requests, Vacant Apartment Maintenance, Inspections/Repairs of Buildings, Appliance Installation, and Preventative Maintenance.
Your qualifications should include HVAC certification(preferred), availability for night/weekend calls, plumbing, appliance and electrical experience, minor roofing repairs, ability to lift 80-100lbs and maintenance of the amenities. HVAC certification preferred however, not recommended.
