What Position Is in Store Next

Maintenance Technician will provide electrical and mechanical support to the Field Operations department, including but not limited to, routinely performs maintenance procedures and quality inspections on equipment and systems for compliance.

Where You’ll Be

• on-site Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend support
• will require travel, throughout (10) locations within the Memphis, TN area
• An ideal candidate would have a pick-up truck as the mode of transportation, mileage reimbursement is provided

The pay range for this role is $19.00.

Who You Are

The Maintenance Technician will have a passion for problem solving, a background in troubleshooting and repairs and a reputation for being reliable and a self-starter. The Maintenance Technician will report directly to the Regional Director.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Collaborate with the Regional Director and store teams to address maintenance concerns. report status updates and outsource request to vendors as needed.
• Perform maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, garage door and spring repairs and replacements, golf cart maintenance, light fixtures replacements and security camera repairs
• Inspect equipment, property grounds and systems and address maintenance needs
• Conduct general property surveying to ensure they're consistent with health and safety standards

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License
• 1 year of carpentry experience
• Ability to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
• Ability to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
• Strong manual dexterity, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to regularly perform indoors and outdoors with exposure to adverse environmental conditions, weather, noise extremes and chemical, debris and traffic hazards

Essential Physical Qualifications

• Able to stand and walk for prolonged periods
• Able to bend, stretch, push, pull, and move as needed to reach, clean, and service machinery.
• Able to climb up to 60 ft to service properties.
• Must be able to visually inspect golf carts
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Desired Qualifications

• Certification in Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician (CMRT), Certified Maintenance Technician (CMT), Certified HVAC Technician or Equivalent
