LeafWerx is an i-502 commercial marijuana production and processing facility in East Wenatchee, Washington. LeafWerx is a production/growing division, and we pride ourselves on producing some of the highest quality products on the market.

We are seeking a highly motivated Maintenance Tech to join our team! The ideal candidate must be trustworthy, detail-oriented, organized and excel at multitasking. Must have general carpentry and basic plumbing knowledge/skills and vehicle maintenance experience. Dependability and good manners are a must..

Key duties and responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Perform general vehicle maintenance, oil changes, basic troubleshooting etc on all delivery fleet vehicles
• Schedule vehicle maintenance needs as direct by supervisor
• Maintain grounds, including weed control and yard upkeep, trimming, trash removal, dusting, mopping, common space upkeep,etc.
• Perform general cleanup of all areas and of the buildings as directed
• Complete regular maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs, hang doors, fix leaking or clogged lines, change filters, compression flushion etc
• Perform basic plumbing and electrical work and determines when further attention is required
• Reports to Fulfillment Manager any project related issues that go unresolved, any issues that need immediate attention, and reports progress of all projects.
• Practice safety regulations and policy
• Additional duties as assigned

• Ability to use standard powered and non-powered tools
• Attention to detail

Physical Requirements

• Regularly required to use hands, reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear
• Frequently is required to sit; stand; walk; and stoop, bend & kneel
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
• Frequently lift and/or move up to fifty pounds
• Must be able to perform repetitive tasks for entire shift

Employment Requirements

• Valid US Driver’s License
• Must be legally allowed to work in the USA
• Must be 21 years of age
• High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
• Availability to work outdoors from 8-12 hours per day, a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays

Compensation and Benefits

• $19 - $23 per hour, based on qualifications

• Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
