Maintenance Technician

Sundance Property Management is seeking a full time floating Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will service our Mobile Home Parks in Harrison, Ohio.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00/hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Communicates and follows up with the Property Manager about maintenance concerns and the status of work orders
• Maintains the internal and exterior condition and preservation of the property
• Assists Project Manager in contracting vendors and taking bids for special project
• Paints, cleans, and repairs all vacant units within a timely and impeccable manner
• Uses tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches, to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices
• Performs routine preventive maintenance to ensure that building systems operate efficiently, and the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate
• Diagnoses mechanical problems and determines how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs as necessary
• Ensures that maintenance parts, supplies, and equipment are always stocked and available
• Assembles, installs and/or repairs wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe systems, plumbing, machinery, and equipment

Requirements:

• Driver's License required
• Travel required.
• High School Diploma or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate
• Minimum of 2-3 years of building maintenance experience preferred
• HVAC certified preferred
• Plumbing experience highly preferred
