Westcliff Lodge is looking for an energetic maintenance technician. Our property with 57 guest rooms is located on 7 wooded acres at the west end of Hood River Oregon.

Summary: Maintains building and grounds, performing minor and routine painting, drywall repairs, plumbing, electrical, repairs, and other preventative and general maintenance activities, to ensure the lodge has proper lighting, heating, cooling, hot water and other services to ensure a quality guest experience by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Keeps lodge property and grounds in well maintained and orderly condition, including preventative and regular maintenance of entire property including all guest rooms and common areas.

Grounds keeping (mowing, trimming and clean up)

Cleans snow, debris and other hazards from sidewalk and parking areas.

This applicant may work 5 days per week. Shifts will include days, weekends and Holiday's. Ideal job applicant should have experience in minor repairs and maintenance, ability to lift 50+ pounds.
