Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Organization Change Management (OCM) Consultant with a strong background in management consulting and technology knowledge. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing OCM playbooks and implementing process change management strategies. As an OCM Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding organizations through complex change initiatives, ensuring successful adoption and minimizing resistance to change.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, strategies, and organizational culture in order to develop tailored change management strategies.

2. Conduct training needs assessments and develop training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to change.

3. Collaborate with project teams and business leaders to integrate change management activities into project plans and timelines.

4. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change management initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and making adjustments as necessary.

5. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in change management and apply them to enhance the organization's change capabilities.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

2. Proven experience as a Management Consultant with a focus on organizational change management.

3. Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.

4. Experience in developing and implementing OCM playbooks, frameworks, and change management strategies.

5. Familiarity with technology and its impact on organizational change.

6. Knowledge of process change management techniques, including process mapping, gap analysis, and business process reengineering.

7. Experience in conducting training needs assessments and developing training programs.
