RWJBH is seeking a Manager in the Nursing Administration Department at the New Brunswick campus,
This is a full-time, day position 10-hour shifts
Requirements/ Qualifications:
Provide support and assistance to nurse manager and staff for coordination of patient care to meet the needs of all patients and to ensure quality outcomes,
Collaborates with Nurse Operations leadership in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, evaluation, coaching/counseling of employees, and administrative functions of Nursing Administration Department,
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment preferred,
Previous management experience preferred
Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills required,
Education-Associate's Degree, required Bachelor s Degree preferred
