Position Details:

• This position is full-time, 1.0FTE, 1st shift
• Location: US: WI: WEST BEND at our CP-WEST BEND HEALTH CENTER facility.

Job Summary:
Responsible for the day-to-day management of site or department-based clinic operations and providing team leadership to the clinic staff. Monitors patient and clinic workflow to ensure efficient patient care and cost-effective operation of the clinic. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of recent experience in a clinical setting where leadership, competence and expertise in ambulatory care has been demonstrated, OR 2-3 years of demonstrated leadership experience in a healthcare setting is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Business, or related field is required; in lieu of a bachelor’s degree a minimum of 7 years of Healthcare Administration experience is required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
