- Manages and directs the workflow of the supervisors, seniors and staff to assist with the consolidation of the Company's worldwide financial reporting and closing processes.
- Provides accounting support and guidance to the Company's subsidiaries to ensure proper accounting/reporting.
- Primarily, the position will ensure the financials as submitted by the subsidiaries are accurately reported in accordance with US GAAP & the Company's Uniform Accounting Principles.
- Supports the global/world-wide financial reporting and consolidations processes to report internal and external financial reports for shareholders, creditors, investors, management, operational performance, bonuses, etc.
- Additionally, the position will provide a level of review and analysis of the Company's subsidiary's financials to be presented to executive management.
- Identifies opportunities to streamline processes and procedures.
- Supervises and supports critical accounting, finance, reporting, and/or related functions.
- Provides guidance, training, motivation, and work scheduling for supervisors, seniors and staff.
- Supports Senior Manager and Executives as appropriate.
- Manages Hyve consolidation of financial reporting to ensure the reported financial statements are accurate in accordance with US GAAP & the Company's uniform accounting principles (30%);
- Manages the supervisors, seniors and staff reviews of the financial results as submitted monthly by individual countries/subsidiaries & partnering with the local subsidiary's Finance Director and their accounting teams (30%);
- Approves and oversees top level journal entries where necessary and appropriate (1%);
- Manages changes to the global general ledger chart of accounts related to CIS (5%);
- Manages / takes lead on various ad-hoc projects based on department initiatives (15%);
- Presents monthly & quarterly financial results to executive management (5%);
- Oversees the documentation of departmental policies and procedures and supervises activities to ensure the policies and procedures are adhered to (3%);
- Communicates closing deadlines to respective accounting and finance personnel (1%);
- Manages the world-wide reserve policy (5%);
- Additional duties as assigned (5%).

Experience :
- 5 to 8 Years of relevant work experience.
- 1 to 3 Years of experience directly managing / supervising employees.
Education & Certifications:
- Master's / Postgraduate Degree with Accounting or Finance Field of Study preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree with Accounting or Finance field of study required.
Other Education / Certifications:
- CPA, CIA, or CFE license preferred.
