Full Job Description
Lincoln Harris is seeking a Manager to join its Charlotte, NC office to provide oversight, analytics and reporting for parking operations and other critical financial initiatives in support of a major facility management client. This position will support multiple concurrent projects and will provide financial analysis and reporting, develop key performance indicators, create and present business impact statements, and develop and implement detailed action plans.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and manage two to three team members.
- Lead the implementation of a BI tool.
- Research and analyze performance on business metrics and prepare reports including benchmarking and spend analyses.
- Develop and implementation of budget and forecasting process.
- Compile data for dashboards, monthly, quarterly and annual reports. Calculate performance metrics. Create and pre-populate data gathering templates; collect, compile, summarize, and report on results.
- Create and implement a reporting standard.
- Act as a key resource for Excel and Access knowledge.
- Work with customer and management team to implement key performance indicators (KPI) and provide tracking and reporting of these measures.
- Extract data from multiple sources and prepare standardized and ad hoc reports for internal and external clients supporting property management and engineering teams.
- Provide oversight and analysis of parking operations for client owned parking garages.
- Reconcile parking revenue and operation expenses for parking operations.
- Provide Account Management with Work Order performance metrics, trends, surveys, issue resolution, and analysis.
- Identify and lead innovation enhancements within the organization. Develop and support cost savings, process improvement, and quality initiatives.
- Develop and manage Sharepoint site.
- Work with team leaders to solve issues for client and resolve critical issues, solving routine and complex problems in a timely manner and with minimal guidance.
- Prepare formal client ready documents including reports and presentations.
- Respond to internal and external client inquiries concerning project data.
- Represent LH and the property team as needed in client meetings and process discussions.
- Develop and maintain project documentation and playbooks
- Prepare analysis and documentation of Best Practices and Lessons Learned
- Provide confidential support to account management including Property staffing models, investigative requests and RFP efforts
- Handles other duties as assigned
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Strong financial and analytical skills with problem solving ability
- Bachelors degree in finance, business or related field. Masters degree preferred.
- Five years of financial or business analysis experience
- A solid understanding of the commercial real estate environment
- Experience with Parking operations and employee billbacks
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Access, and Powerpoint
- Knowledge of Sharepoint set-up and management
- Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and make effective decisions
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and discretely
- Ability to work with personnel at all levels within an organization
- Strong communication skills
- Provide excellent internal and external customer service
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
