Job Summary
As a Manager of Installation, you will oversee all installations/projects objectives within your defined geographical region. Key focal points as the Manager of Installation include people management, new reoccurring monthly revenue (RMR) forecasting, job delivery and quality, and customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide world-class leadership, coaching and develop to your team of Project Managers
- Define staffing needs based on demand and growth expectations and actively participate in recruitment efforts, which includes collaborating with AMAROK’s human resources team to establish successful recruiting campaigns and interview presented candidates
- Review your team’s projects RMR forecasting daily to ensure metrics are on target for monthly, quarterly and yearly quotas
- Communicate current or forecasted all key business objectives as needed with AMAROK’s cross functional leaders
- Ensure current procedures produce the highest level of customer satisfaction during and post-install; identify any stressors that negatively impact customer satisfaction and implement new processes for improvement
- Collaborate cross functionally with all departments on driving demand-based solutions and ensuring quality job execution
- Monitor internal and external usage of the Company’s systems and platforms

Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
