Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the Manager of Laboratory Services will be supported by a tight-knit unit that has been tenured with the facility. The Manager of Laboratory Services will be in an advanced unit, supported by state-of-the-art technology to improve processes. The Manager of Laboratory Services will plan and organize all operations within the Respiratory department. This will include supervising and monitoring personnel to try to improve efficiency, managing laboratory equipment and procedures, and conducting ancillary functions.
