Manager of Real Estate Development

Position Summary

Directs and oversees logistical components of facility development for De Novo and existing facility capital projects from Initial planning through clinic opening and operational initiation. Manages vendors, contractors and project planning in order to meet opening timelines and operational commitments. Functions as liaison between vendors and contractors and Company team members to initiate operational processes at each clinic site. Ensures organized functioning at onset of clinic opening while establishing continuity for efficiency contributing to the optimal team member clinic--‐based experience in line with company standards and values. This position requires substantial, proven skills in project planning and coordination. The ability to think “outside of the box” to overcome obstacles to maintain critical schedules.

Responsibilities

· Establish and manage vendors at each De Novo or existing facility clinic or administrative sites to meet identified needs and

· Complete initial orders or assure that appropriate internal team members have ordered products and services required for clinic readiness (e.g., furniture, office equipment, scan locks, cleaning supplies, internet service, fire detection systems, heating/air conditioning)

· Direct vendor installation of products and associated services based on approved project plan and site specific considerations

· Establish vendor lists, contacts, resources, services, and schedules designed to support hand--‐off of operational functioning post clinic development

· Approve and track vendor costs and expenses

· Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Compliance, Marketing, IT, and People Org teams to ensure department requirements are met in preparation for clinic opening

· Collaborate with Region Directors to support regularly scheduled or interim maintenance, supplies, or other facility needs

· Develop standard vendor and products list for each site based on negotiation of best bulk rate costs

· Assist in establishing facility tracking based on leasing agreements (e.g., responsibilities, contacts for needs)

· Assist all departments with projects and endeavors specific to the De Novo openings, as needed

· Consistently demonstrate a high level of integrity, responsibility, accountability, teamwork and ethics in line our with mission and values

· Represent company to clients and team members, both professionally and ethically

· Follow all Company policies and procedures as outlined in the Team Member Handbook and other documents and serve as a model to reinforce others to follow such policies and procedures

· Perform other duties, as requested

Requirements

· High school diploma or G.E.D, required

· Bachelors degree, preferred

· Five plus years of project management experience, preferred

· Excellent time management skills and ability to multi--‐task and prioritize work

· Attention to detail and problem--‐solving skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Excellent interpersonal skills

· Strong organizational and planning skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or equivalent

· Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures

· Knowledge of business and management principles

· Consistently exudes positivity

· Consistently demonstrate good judgment and decision--‐making skills

· Exercise confidentiality and discretion pertaining to the work environment

· Sensitive to working with an ethnically, linguistically, culturally, and economically diverse population

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
