- Top Must Haves:
- End to End research experience
- building of surveys and questionnaires, overseeing fielding, adding analysis - Experience setting up research projects
- Experience working with partners and teams to conduct research - UX Research - someone to turn team questions/problems/pain points into research questions. - Inquisitive
- Empathic to partners needs -Independently working -Detail Oriented - Critical to be asking everything and not just a yes person.
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Past experience working with market or UX Research teams. - 2 plus years' experience in this role.
What you'll need to be successful:
· 1–2 years of previous market research experience required.
· Experience in conducting end-to-end market research projects.
· Ability to create and program online research surveys is highly preferred.
· Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel, are required.
· Experience in the K-12 education industry is highly preferred.
· Experience with Qualtrics, Alchemer (Survey Pro), Sawtooth and/or Survey Monkey is preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $37.00 - $38.00 per hour
