Primary Role: Latham Pool is looking for a Marketing Automation Manager with Hubspot expertise to join our Digital Marketing Team. This person will be a strategic thinker and contributor to the team, maximizing the power of the platform to engage and mature our database of consumer and builder contacts in support of marketing and sales goals. A manager in this role will also be responsible for strategizing and implementing innovative ways to capture user information across our digital presence in support of a wide array of organic and paid initiatives. We’re looking for someone who can own the technology and how it integrates in our current systems and our technology stack. You will be developing and optimizing all facets of the automation process including not limited to workflows, emails, scoring, user intelligence and data reporting. This role requires someone who can think fast and creatively to solve problems and deliver technology solutions that fuel growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of HubSpot and coordinate with Director, Digital Marketing
- Manage and maintain prospective customer and customer lists to drive effective prospecting, nurturing and conversion activities.
- Work on key projects to launch new initiatives across the company and specific product teams.
- Create and maintain program templates and implement new campaigns that adhere to best practices.
- Work with external vendors and internal insights team on reports and dashboards in Power BI via data from Hubspot
- Leverage data insights to expand segmentation and enable targeted messaging across channels.
- Manager lifecycle drip programs that deliver qualified leads to sales.
- Work with Marketing leadership to develop and manage demand generation, nurturing and advocacy campaigns.
- Evaluate new technologies and systems to improve and optimize performance
Qualifications/Skills:
- Minimum 6 years working hands-on in the digital marketing space and/or digital marketing agency, with experience working on B2C and B2B brands.
- 3+ years of HubSpot administration experience (HubSpot Certified Expert preferred) including a strong understanding of how it can integrate with other CRM tools and systems.
- 2 + years’ experience with leading CRM administration platforms (lead assignment rules, custom field creation, process automation – certification preferred)
- Deep understanding of, and experience with, modern marketing models including lead scoring, pipeline design, and automated campaign frameworks
- Expert at using analytics and data to make impactful marketing decisions.
- Successfully managing and using third-party integrator tools and systems
- Creating/drafting technical requirements documents for clarity and alignment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders, across multiple levels both at a reporting and technical/strategic counsel level.
Requirements:
- You have excellent skills in CRM, marketing automation, conversion optimization, tracking & analytics.

- You have a collaborative approach: technical proficiency is a requirement, but you must also be able to process feedback and explain technical elements to non-experts.
- BA/BS degree in Marketing, Statistics, Math, Computer Science or a related field.
- Specific experience in a private-equity owned company, manufacturing, consumer goods, B2B and B2C preferred
- Demonstrates creative and critical thinking skills
- Strong relationship management, strategy development, project management, problem solving and change management skills
- Professional and positive approach, self-motivated, team player, dynamic and creative
- Excellent oral and written communicator with ability to influence and persuade internal and external audiences in a variety of formats
- Business related computer skills including knowledge with PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Ability to effectively work on remote project teams and participate in project management (PMO) initiatives
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally approximately 25% of the time with overnights
