Title: Marketing Coordinator

Schedule: Full-TimeM-F, some evenings and weekends required

Location: Nashville; This position may require some local travel

Summary: The Marketing Coordinator will assist the Director of Business Development in a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, assisting with social media management, digital marketing campaigns, internal and external events, and brand management.

Main Responsibilities:

• Create and organize content for social media including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
• Schedule and post on social media, respond to messages in a timely and appropriate manner
• Maintain updated content on websites, monitor SEO, and web traffic metrics
• Create and Schedule email marketing campaigns
• Assist with e-commerce management
• Create and distribute in store marketing materials to locations
• Plan and execute both internal and external events
• Stay up to date with current trends in social media
• Other duties as required, directed, or assigned by supervisor

Key Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Business Suite
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. is a plus
• Photography/videography skills preferred
• Proficient in document design and layout
• Attention to detail to ensure quality, accuracy, readability, etc.
• Knowledge of content management systems
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Detail oriented and organized

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
• 1+ years of marketing experience
• Graphic design and digital marketing background a plus

Pay: $40,000 - $50,000 per year
