All Restoration Solutions is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team to manage and grow our digital properties. This individual will create and execute the company’s marketing plan and manage our brand and corporate identity. Other activities include managing marketing activities/programs, optimizing lead generation, and working closely with the sales team. This position will be based out of our Kennesaw office but have the ability to work from home one or two days per week.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Manage digital properties – website, social media channels, SEO

• Develop social media content and online advertising – paid and organic
• Grow social media channels
• Maintain and create website content

Develop annual marketing plan

• Assist in creating and administer annual Marketing budgets
• Track performance of marketing initiative and programs
• Implement advertising objectives, campaigns and promotional strategies

Manage overall brand and corporate identity and ensure branch consistency

• Ensure brand standards are maintained
• Uphold corporate creative standards for merchandise, promotional materials, signage, fleet and advertising
• Order and distribute promotional items
• Order internal marketing materials – business cards, stationary, signage, etc.

Manage marketing activities and programs for the organization

• Oversee event marketing and be point of contact for all marketing and sponsorship requests, needs and questions
• Plan, execute and oversee community events and trade shows

Optimize lead generation through marketing campaigns, websites, social media, etc.

• Check and respond promptly to online messaging requests
• Maintain contact database of customers and clients

Work closely with Sales Team

• Work with sales to create and improve marketing collateral, pitch materials, and coordinate client/prospect meetings
• Work with Sales to coordinate and manage outside vendor relationships

• Team player.

Education and Experience:

• College degree.
• At least three years related experience required.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
