Job Summary:
America’s Most recognized brand in hearing is expanding in the Midwest and looking for someone to help us grow and develop our new and existing markets. As the Marketing Performance Manager, you will obsessively focus on data and performance measurements. You will be responsible for optimizing budgets and spends based on the data results you have compiled; you will play with creatives to find what makes them garner better responses and you will partner with sales and operations teams to ensure our messaging holds strong through entire funnel. This role is for someone who loves digging into the why a message or creative did or didn’t work, taking that information to pivot and make improvements, and ultimately seeing results come to fruition from their due diligence.
Qualifications
- 5 years + experience in managing marketing projects
- Experience in a retail market is a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Marketing, or related experience
- Ability to consider the full scope of projects, beyond simply managing timelines... considering how
all the pieces work together - Ability to think strategically about communications and the implications of choices being made,
especially in terms of the consumer journey/experience - Understands multiple aspects of production from print, digital, experiential & content
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organization, & time management skills
- Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Thoroughness and very keen attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a creative environment with multiple deadlines
- Ability to coach, lead, and mentor a team
- Hunger to drive results improvement
Responsibilities
- Daily management of marketing projects including digital, print, and call center
- Negotiate with prospective vendors/media sources
- Set and communicate priorities, meet deadlines
- Manage the allocated budget and measures results
- Analyze results and quickly pivot strategies as needed to retain acceptable ROIs
- Management of creative team to schedule, track projects, make sure deliverables are met, and clear
any roadblocks that occur - Deliver positive consumer experiences
Compensation and Benefits
- $75000 - $125000 base salary
- Performance based bonuses
- 401(k) matched up to 4%
