Gundersen Health System is looking for a BC/BE part-time Primary Care Physician with to practice at our Prairie du Chien Clinic. The medical staff includes 2 physicians and 5 APCs. The Gundersen Prairie du Chien clinic practices state-of-the art medicine and connects you with the entire Gundersen Health System with telemedicine and a system-wide integrated electronic medical record (Epic).

Prairie du Chien (https://www.prairieduchien.org/) is the oldest community on the Upper Mississippi River. Its rich heritage and traditions are a delight to visitors and local residents alike. The city is filled with sites of historic significance. Many are located on St. Feriole Island, which is one of the city's earliest settlements. A haven for sports enthusiasts, nature and history lovers, as well as two state parks and a National Monument are located in the area. Must have completed an accredited graduate medical training program and be board certified or eligible within the area of medicine stated. In addition, must have or be able to obtain a license to practice in our multi-state region with no restrictions or limitations. Medical staff in our system will supervise advanced practice clinicians. Medical staff may need to provide outreach service as part of their role in the system. Teaching students, residents, fellows or clinical staff is cornerstone to our Medical Education philosophy and an expectation of all medical staff.
