Education:Required: Graduate from an approved Medical Assistant Program or equivalent. High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree desirable. AHA HeartSaver or BLS Required.
Skills:Demonstrates a professional, courteous, and respectful attitude in dealing with patients, families and significant others. Displays courtesy, tact and patience during interactions with all members of the hospital staff and extended community. Medical Office Assistant experience preferred.BCLS Certification required from American Heart Association. MS Office Suite (Basic Exp). Ability to read, write and comprehend English. Moderate physical activity required.
